  • I have used this calendar for my website for years and it has been outstanding. As of the new release, I updated my version to the most current, and now it doesn’t function at all…it is useless. I have tried posting in the support forum and NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME AT ALL!!!! It has been more than 2 weeks and I’m pretty disappointed given the fact that this calendar has been in the past such a great calendar feature.

  • noyesjl81, I’m sorry for not addressing your issue sooner…Unfortunately we only have one support person, and you can see on the support forum that is is doing his best, but things slip sometimes, like in this case, and we apologize.
    As I’ve mentioned on our support forum, if it happens for a user to encounter a critical bug and our team misses it by accident, please email me directly at VPproduct@time.ly to give me a heads up!

    Aristotel I appreciate your response, but yet it has been over a month now, many…many…many people have posted the same problem that I have had and yet no one has found a solution. I am giving you until next week and you will be losing a timely customer for life. This timely application has gone from absolutely the best to absolutely the worst when you guys did your update 2 updates ago, many people have posted the same issue on your forum and yet no one is doing anything about it. How can you let your wonderful application turn into complete garbage?

    noyesjl81, as you can see on that thread, only just a few users encounter this issue, so it takes some time to find that fatal combination that triggered this, but we’re working on it…
