    About 2 hours ago, I purchased the 15 min response telephone support. No one has called me. Has your company gone out of business? Two days ago, I purchased the Linux Optimization and Plugin configuration package. No one has called me either. What’s going on???? I paid good money for these services.

    Why would you send them additional money after you sent them money and they didn’t respond to you for two days?
