• Paid support is pajnfully slow and unhelpful. You get copy and apdte answers and they seem to tkaep rice only giving the bare minimum help.

    The plugin UX is painfully bad and user-unfriendly.

    I wanted to say that I have consistently received excellent support from these guys, often providing custom code to solve my problems and in less than 24 hours.
