Terrible support

I bought the Pro version because I loved the look of the download icon and link in the free one. In the Pro version, it’s not that easy…you have links, pages, templates, a lot more bloated, and not what I needed. The support on the Pro forums is terrible. When you do get a reply, it’ll be a curt “Please give me your WP login”, but when you ask how long this will take…no reply. The guy makes good plugins but is lousy when it comes to helping people out.
I switched over to the fantastic Delightful Downloads because I have over a thousand products on my site, and couldn’t risk there being a problem, and not being able to sort it out.
