• It took almost a full month for the developer to respond to my support request, his response wasn’t complete or helpful, and now it’s been another month since then that I still haven’t gotten a response to my response. We even purchased a paid add-on so we invested financially in this plugin. Incredibly disappointed others are getting their support tickets responded to right away and I’m ignored for so long!
