    I have a premium license and it comes with “dedicated support”. What that means is you send an email and then someone will get back with you within a day. Then another day, and another and another. It takes FOREVER to get a solution. You’ll be frustrated and will get even more frustrated when you don’t hear back from them. Currently, they’ve taken my site down and guess what? Crickets. I’ll hear back in a day or so.

    The plugin has to be “reset” multiple times. Then you have to reload headers and footers, resave live pages because images will lose their links. Not good.
