  • I have a premium license and it comes with “dedicated support”. What that means is you send an email and then someone will get back with you within a day. Then another day, and another and another. It takes FOREVER to get a solution. You’ll be frustrated and will get even more frustrated when you don’t hear back from them. Currently, they’ve taken my site down and guess what? Crickets. I’ll hear back in a day or so.

    The plugin has to be “reset” multiple times. Then you have to reload headers and footers, resave live pages because images will lose their links. Not good.

    Very rough aftersales correspondent…
    On the same ticket answers, One of them “Michelle” have tried to be helpful but the other one just follows the procedure and covers himself with legal stuff and bla bla bla.
    Not really a fair aftersales service. We are not all english native speaking here on the web and sometimes can understand wrong and loose because of a mistake linked to misunderstanding!
