Terrible Support

I really like that plugin, therefore subscribed to the pay version.
Out of Cron job Problems, which were not an issue from the server side, I asked the support to help me solve that issue. Instead, I got a go through of their troubleshooting, which was already obsolete, since it was NOT a server problem.
Support cant help, and it seems they are not willing to help the customer solving the problem. It takes time to get a respond from them and if, then the answer is inadequate to the problems of the customer.
The Best-Plugin is NOTHING without good support. Happy are all those who dont come into trouble, but those who do are not a welcome customer anymore.
Bottom line: good plugin only until you dont get in trouble. Support is insufficient and NOT helpful.
