• Probably if you use it in English, it just might be, it might work. The translations are very bad because at least two languages I am absolutely fluent. And support only if it is and well paid. But I have my doubts if even paying would work. Better to use another theme with minimal support.

    @marcbrz
    translations are made by volunteers (mostly),
    you can contribute your translations and fixes here:

    https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-themes/oceanwp/

    If you will have questions, you can ask them in Slack, #polyglots channel.

    Hello @marcbrz,

    We are very sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing.

    However, as @fierevere kindly explained and pointed out, like with all themes, 99.999% of all our translations are being pulled directly from WordPress.

    If you would like to contribute to the translations you find troublesome, please use the link Yui has provided you with. Thank you.

    On a side note, you can also use Loco Translate plugin to edit existing translations on your website alone, or the Poedit translation software.

    @fierevere and a huge thank you to you as well for taking the time to explain the situation. Have a fantastic day

    For fixing small number of strings locally i can suggest this plugin:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/

    But its still better to contribute your translation fixes to everyone using your language.

    PS: Since this is a review and not a support topic, lets stop here with “solving” problem. Ways to improve pointed out.
    If support is still needed – open a support topic
