• I purchased the Pro version of this Plugin and had nothing but headaches for over three weeks. I tried tech support and after days of getting one reply per day that was worthless, after over a week of tech support, I gave up before I pulled my hair out!

    Too many issues to list, but the primary problem was that they were intermittent. I would configure a gallery, if I could get the settings to even ‘take,’ I would then publish it. The next time I used that gallery (default) the settings would be changed back to something else. I was constantly chasing my tail trying to get things ‘back the way they were.’

    Their own Pagination Plugin broke other sections of their product. I did the full troubleshooting process to isolate the issue by deactivating all other Plugins and setting Theme to what they specified. I was down to bare bones and still had intermittent issues with settings configurations. It was only after I deactivated Envira pagination plugin, did the issue stop. Sheesh!

    I spent so many hours I shudder to think just trying to get this product to play happy. I finally asked for a refund and found another plugin. OMG! Within 20 minutes of installing, I was doing EXACTLY what this program offered for free and it was a very easy and intuitive process. No tech support or even looking through installation guides. Now THAT is the way this should have worked. SMH
