    I purchased YITH Subscriptions Premium about a month ago. Yesterday there was an update on the plugin. When I clicked on it to update, the process started and never ended. Now my website doesn’t sell anymore. I tried chat for support and they said support is only by support ticket, which they ask 24 hours to answer. While I try to talk to somebody on the support team, my website is giving erros to every purchase someone tries to make, it’s been almost a day now and no answer from the YITH team.

    Another day went by and the problem wasn’t fixed. Got an answer from the support saying that the error is from my host and I should check with them. You guys got to be kidding, you are the ones that updated the plugin and generated the error, my host hasn’t changed anything. It’s also very strange that this “update” came up few days after my 30 days money back guaranteed. Be serious and treat your customers with the minimum of respect and compromise.
