    The plugin functionality is generally good. Some things don’t work exactly as expected, and I will second a previous reviewer that there is a bit of a learning curve involved with learning how everything works and gets displayed on the front-end.

    However, once I was able to dig into the documentation and also had a question answered for me by the support team, I was able to get things up and running the way I wanted.

    As far as everyone saying the support is terrible – I was initially feeling the same way. However, my experience (aside from my initial annoyance) has been quite good with the support team and it seems that, at least in my case, they are trying hard and want their customers to be satisfied with their product.

    My recommendation would be to read the documentation closely, give the support team a chance to help you, and you’ll get a solid plugin with lots of customization options.

    I apologize for this experience, but let me clarify some points first. We have been working to handle each case as much customized as possible. We offer a first touch assistance to discard causes of the issue and then offer remote assistance when possible for investigation and bugfixing. You can also take a look at the updates history version and changelog that we are also making Awesome Support high compatible for as many users as possible. You can even take look at the public posts and evaluate our support. We are also launch a new batch of updates for our add-ons very soon.
