Support is TOO SLOW

    I submitted 2 tickets in regards to my urgent login problems, they only responded to me 2 days later. They told me the problem is solved but when I check back, it’s not and when I replied to them, no response again. I signed up for another license for another website, the license is not able to log in as well. The support response time is terrible!
