 * Every update of the plugin you will get new bugs/errors it is always trail and
   error.
 * The moderators are doing their best but the company that provide the plugin is
   terrible.
 * For every bug the solution cost you ages before you will get a solution, not 
   very professional for a multi million company.

 * Thanks for the feedback, I get where you’re coming from.
 * Just to address the most recent case specifically: the issue with the log errors
   might have looked minor at first glance, but it actually required quite a few
   changes across dependencies to resolve. It wasn’t a quick patch, even if it seemed
   simple on the surface.
 * I’m sorry for the inconvenience this caused. The issue has now been resolved,
   and I hope this might lead you to reconsider your opinion.
