 * The name of this plugin makes it very hard to find. I searched a lot for a plug
   in that would do what this one does. In the end, I found this by accident. I 
   suggest you start the name with Salesforce.

   me.
 * **As for find-ability…**
    It’s the second result for a “salesforce” plugin search
   on the WP.org repo.
 * On Google:
    #1 for “salesforce WordPress plugin” #1 for “salesforce web-to-lead
   plugin” #4 for “salesforce plugin” #4 for “salesforce web-to-lead”
 * I’m not sure changing the name would do much other than confuse existing users.
