Terrible Customer Support – Plugin Doesn’t Work Properly

This entire process has been a nightmare for my business. The plugin does not do recurring payments, it only does an automatic reorder each month. That’s NOT how subscriptions work. It’s supposed to be recurring payments after the first order is made. Instead, it creates a new order each month. This triggers onboarding processes for existing customers…What a nightmare. I’ve been begging and begging and begging for their support team to help me but they literally don’t understand English. NIGHTMARE!
