Terrible Customer Service& Non working plugin

Terrible plugin and even terrible customer service. I have a WordPress website hosted through Hostinger in which the Syncee team refuses or leaves me on dry to help with that support. I have told them several times that connecting the accounts through the plugin has been challenging and they either force me to run around in circles or they leave me on read for several days, all on the dime in which me and my client have spent through their subscription.
