Terrible Customer Service After 10+ Years With Yoast

    Please forward this feedback to Chaya Oosterbroek and the senior leadership team at Yoast.

    I have used Yoast for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I have needed support. I am currently experiencing a serious issue with Yoast’s SEO title and meta description fields, but unfortunately I have not received meaningful assistance.

    Being told that I am a free user was extremely disappointing from a long-term customer’s perspective. Because of this experience, I have decided to migrate to Rank Math today.

    I will also share my experience on relevant forums and review platforms so other users are aware.
