Terrible customer service

The plugin worked fine for a while but today I got an error message stating that the plugin was causing a fatal error. I tried to address it by redownloading the plugins. So I logged into their site and clicked the download link. It kept taking me back to the login page. I then clicked the support button for “premium” members. That also didn’t work. Then I noticed that it was set to auto-renew at almost $400/year for the (3) services I signed up for with them. Ultimately I went to cancel and they offered a 30% discount which is still higher than the Black Friday price. So it’s just not worth it. I’ve gone ahead and canceled it. I will export my loyalty points and transfer my members to another plugin once I decide on it. For now, I’ve disabled the plugin with the hope that it will stop causing the error in wordpress. Overall it wasn’t bad but this experience was not good. Especially so close to Black Friday. I would go with someone else.
