• The plugin worked fine for a while but today I got an error message stating that the plugin was causing a fatal error. I tried to address it by redownloading the plugins. So I logged into their site and clicked the download link. It kept taking me back to the login page. I then clicked the support button for “premium” members. That also didn’t work. Then I noticed that it was set to auto-renew at almost $400/year for the (3) services I signed up for with them. Ultimately I went to cancel and they offered a 30% discount which is still higher than the Black Friday price. So it’s just not worth it. I’ve gone ahead and canceled it. I will export my loyalty points and transfer my members to another plugin once I decide on it. For now, I’ve disabled the plugin with the hope that it will stop causing the error in wordpress. Overall it wasn’t bad but this experience was not good. Especially so close to Black Friday. I would go with someone else.

    As you have read here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/crash-in-wp-admin-in-boostrap-php/ the critical error you experienced was not caused by our plugin. Unfortunately, another plugin was using a similar naming structure as our premium plugin, which led to confusion and caused the update to mistakenly overwrite our plugin. This issue has since been addressed, and the problematic plugin has been temporarily removed following our report to the WordPress team. Additionally, we’ve implemented safeguards to prevent such incidents across all our premium plugins moving forward.

    2. Website Access Issues:

    I’ve tested the functionality on our website and was able to log in, download the latest plugin version, and access premium support without any issues. This may have been caused by a caching issue in your browser. Could you please clear your browser cache and try again?
