Terrible – Causes page not to load – Do not use

We decided to move our clients who are on cart flows (the creators of this app) over to sigmize thinking it would work better and save the hefty monthly subscription fee at convert.com. What a mistake that was.

We launched it and put tests live which initially worked fine and then out of nowhere they just started creating redirect loops so when someone clicked on a Facebook ad the page wouldn’t load, they would just get an error.

We contacted their support and it was seemingly resolved, only a week or so later the issue happened again out of nowhere and for no reason.

These errors resulted in wasted ad spend sending people to pages that didn’t load. Fortunately in both instances we detected it fairly quickly, although one was over a weekend so it was down for a couple of days.

I have lost complete confidence in the product and asked for a refund which they refused to provide stating they only offer 14 days to refund – not nearly long enough to test a product that you’ve paid for a whole year.

I would not trust this product or this company. Very disappointing.
