    Decided to go ahead and purchase the plugin because I wanted to finish a job quickly. Credit card was charged. No email ever came to my inbox with the purchase information. Customer support did respond a couple of times but they stopped after giving them my email address and last four of my credit card. The only way to cancel it they say is to use the instructions on the email they send, but they never sent it and there’s no way to log into the account. When I try to recover my email I get an error that my email is not recognized. It’s a scam, look at the cartoons they have on their website for staff. I regret giving them my credit card number. I have not received the product even after emailing their support email several times.

    You placed your order less than an hour ago, and our support team has already received your request and escalated it. In nearly all cases like this, the issue comes down to a typo in the email address entered at checkout which prevents the order confirmation and product email from reaching you.

    Someone is working on resolving this for you and will make sure you receive access to your purchase.

    Calling our company a scam and leaving negative feedback so quickly feels unfair, especially when the likely issue is an error in the email provided during checkout and before we’ve had the chance to assist you.

    Please allow our team a little time to correct this and ensure you get everything you paid for.

    You surely got back to my review much quicker than you’ve resolved my issue. There wasn’t a typo in my email. It’s been several hours since anyone has written me back. I stand behind what I said. It’s very unprofessional and comes across as a scam.

    Your order has been refunded as requested. The email address entered at checkout had a typo: “gmaill.com”.
