• Made an account just to post this. None of the settings in the backend actually do anything. The plugin just does what it wants, directly ignoring what Ive put into the plugin options. Users are getting locked out of accounts, even though I explicitly said that this should not happen. Now we update the plugin and it crashes our entire installation. We literally paid money for the pro version. Such a waste of our time.

    Considering you have a Premium plan you can get support by simply sending an email to support@melapress.com. We provide support to all plugin users, even the free plugin users.

    Of course we’d be more than happy to look into the issue and help you solve it. To effectively troubleshoot the issue, we will need to better understand which configuration options were enabled and how your system is set up. So to start off with can you please send us an email and share as much details as you can about your environment? You can send us the system information file form the Help & Contact Us section in the plugin.
