Terms not imported as children

    Hi, If I import:

    Level A -> Level B -> Level C

    Level B is not a child of Level A, etc.

    All 3 terms are top level terms.

    I imported to Categories taxonomy as well as my own taxonomy and made sure Hierachical was enabled.
