Tender Spring Theme – home page missing

Hi, I installed the tender spring theme and i think I deleted the home page from my dashboard. The title “Home” is sill showing on my home page though. How do I get it back on my dashboard under “pages”. Also, is there a way to create different pages from which I can put multiple posts on? (ie. not only on the home page)?
