 * Hello, on my page which has your theme installed, the trending and latest show
   the same information, the same posts.
 * additionally the home has problems with SEO, as it is showing all the titles 
   as an H1, which is detrimental to the site, each page should only have an H1

 * For change Trending post go to Slider Banner & Tab Section **(Theme Dashboard
   >> appearance >> customize >> Slider Banner & Tab Section) ** and select Trending
   post category and save the Changes button, you can also following below screenshot
