I purchased a catalog plugin for my website which has a problem. Links don’t work with catalog images even though it has the option for ‘none’ or to set a hyperlink when clicking on an image.
I contacted the plugin developers and they want a temporary user account for my website to fix the problem. Apparently there is an error in the PHP file.
I’m not sure I feel comfortable granting temporary admin user accounts to anyone I don’t know personally.
Isn’t it normal for plugin developers to fix any errors and then issue an update that I can one-click install from the WordPress backend?
