"Temporarily Unavailable" Message need fix

I went to be last night and everything was working fine and when I got up this morning I received this error message.

“This website is temporarily unavailable, please try again later.”

When i try and access my admin page it shows the same message.

I did not install any plugins that night just editing a few pages but I have been doing that alot recently.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
