    My apologies to everyone who has posted a support question over the past few weeks. I have not had time to reply. Unfortunately I will not be able to provide support for probably another month or so. I am starting a new job and preparing for a move to Japan. (If you’re thinking of posting a cranky response, please remember that my plugins and support have always been free).
