 * Hi –
 * I’m thinking of converting ot multisite and I had a question before I do.
 * If I want to upload a page template to a theme, do I have to do this individually
   to each site I’m running or is there one central Theme directory that I could
   load it to?
 * I guess I’m asking…Does each site have its own theme directory or is there just
   one?
 * Thanks for your help!
    Marc

 * you add themes through the network admin – then network enable them to make them
   available for each site
    each site has it’s own theme section to work with

 * Thanks, but if I wanted to add a custom page template and wanted available to
   all sites, do I have to upload it to each site or is can I just put it in the‘
   main’ themes folder.
 * Is there one theme folder for the entire network or does each site get their
   own themes folder?

 * Themes are per network, but each site can choose which one of your active themes
   to use.
 * If you want something in ALL themes, you have to add it in ALL themes, regardless
   of site.

 * there’s ONE themes folder for all sites.
 * If you;re adding a page template to a specific theme, ALL sites using that theme
   get it. Because there’s one physical copy of that theme.
