Templates and Themes Missing

    I installed Form Maker on a development site. There are no form templates, no themes, and when I create a form and save it, it disappears. Tried fixes: I have downgraded from WordPress 4.9.4, I have disabled all other plugins, cleaned the database and switched to a default WordPress theme. Still the same. I would be very grateful for any ideas you can offer.

    Hi!

    Since you haven’t got any forms, could you please uninstall the plugin?
    Form Maker > Options page > Uninstall Form Maker button
    Then, please go to Plugins page and activate it again.

    Thank you very much for your reply. I did de-activate and re-activate the plugin. I also uninstalled it and swept the database of all instances and re-installed it. I even bought the upgraded version so I would start with a completely new plugin file. The issue remains. Do you have any other ideas?

    I believe I am having the same issue as you, or very similar. I’ve adjusted a theme to look how I want, but every time I hit SAVE, it wipes everything to bare bones even though it tells me my changes have been saved.
