Templates and Settings Missing in New Version?

    I am looking for more information why the Templates and many of the settings are missing in the newest version of this plugin? I have been using import of my template settings for sometime now and now they are missing. Is there an article or posts somewhere that explains these new updates. Thank you.

    Hello, @strid3r

    We didn’t remove this setting, but now it’s in a slightly different place.
    You can use the Ctrl + F command to open the search bar and type “Import” and you should be able to find it.

    Hello,

    Is your plugin version 6.1? Did you try do deactivate the plugin with the Complete deactivation option enabled?

    1. Enter the Antispam by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPess Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Proceed to the plugin’s settings. (See item 1.)

    Could you tell us your website name? Could you also send a screenshot of the CleanTalk plugin version in your WordPress Dashboard -> Plugins?
