I did create a template with options and published it. When I go to templates I see my events, not the template. How do I use the template. The Apply Template link is not showing the template I have created. Couldn’t find any detailed documentation on templates. Please advise where I can find the information.
Is there a way I can setup global options to be applied to all events when I need it?

It should show up if you go to RSVP Events -> Event Templates.

You’re right that the templates documentation is not up to date. I probably should take a pause from shoveling new code and explain what’s already there.

This webinar replay may be somewhat helpful to you, although it’s from a while ago and definitely pre-gutenberg. A lot of the settings have migrated to a separate settings page. https://rsvpmaker.com/blog/2016/02/24/rsvpmaker-webinar-replay/

I’m going ahead with publicizing the March 20th date / time. If you can’t make it, there will be a replay. I’ll try to find time to write some instructions on templates in the meantime.

Maybe I was doing something wrong. After going through the sandbox I have created another template and my screen showed the proper drop-down box with template in it.
The only problem left for me is the front end.
Just found the reason why my first template was not showing: I published it as “private”. When changed to public, it showed up.
So, the templates can not be private?
