 * I just installed and saw there were some sample templates under the menu but 
   they are grayed out and do not have access to them.

 * The templates are only available on our premium version. The one you’re seeing
   on our Lite version is just a teaser. 🙂
 * We actually have new landing and content page templates which you can check on
   the link below.
