 * I’m brand new to WordPress.
 * Is there a way I can rapidly ‘test’ wordpress layouts, putting my content through
   a multitude of different templates/layouts until I find the one I want?

 * Yep – they’re called “themes” 😉
 * Seriously – you can install and try out as many themes as you like with the same
   basic content.
