Template Podium

Hi I am using the template Podium
http://themes.weboy.org/podium/
So I have come into an issue where I want to display a different sidebar on a certain page.

I would like to display certain category posts on certain pages.
e.g if on about page display sidebar with posts with cat name Ice cream
on all other pages display side bar with posts with cat name Milkshakes

It currently just posts latest blog posts

I have no idea how to write this because my php skills are limited.
