ho attivato, il mega menù come da documentazione ma non si attiva, questo è il problema.
Ho fleggato la voce attiva megamenù, larghezza automatica del mega menù e ho impostato le colonne, nel mio caso 5.
Fatto stessa cosa per i campi sottostanti ICONS
purtroppo non riesco ad allegare immagine per farvi vedere

Clear entire browser / website / cloud cache.
Reset scripts via Theme Panel > Scripts & Styles, by disabling all, then enabling back again and saving changes, and check.

I deleted the cahce and history, disabled script (I send you image at the link) made the changes to the menu (I attach screen)
But nothing changes.
I am also attaching the menu screen, the items are one below the other instead they should be side by side

It seems that you have disabled some files from the scripts and styles section. Try to enable all and see the issue.

if you compare desktop menu and mobile menu. on the desktop you can see that for example the item “facial aesthetic medicine” has subcategories (face, lips etc).
On mobile this is not possible to do you do not have the drop-down menu.

Visited your site and seems you are using a nav menu elementor widget.
Please try to check your settings for that widget because Oceanwp doesn’t control the elementor design/settings.
