# Template not loading correctly

 * Hi there,
 * I installed this plugin:
    [http://www.voordeligewebshop.nl/nieuw/whmcs/](http://www.voordeligewebshop.nl/nieuw/whmcs/)
 * But the template is not looking like:
    [http://www.voordeligewebshop.nl/whmcs/](http://www.voordeligewebshop.nl/whmcs/)
 * How can i fix this?

 * Unfortunately due to WHMCS discontinuing their “portal” and defaulting to the“
   five” theme the plugin will likely require some custom CSS to be added. “portal”
   was a very plain theme with very little css so it blended in quite well – “five”
   unfortunately is more complex and tends to conflict if your theme is not built
   around the plugin.
 * Most of the time it is just a matter of a few CSS rules to get it working though,
   I would advise debugging as much of the time it only takes a few minutes to fix
   it up.
