I don’t think it’s a compatibility issue.

But it’s empty, which is why it’s not working.
Something could be interfering with the output.
Could you check your website’s PHP error logs, to see if there are some fatal errors?

It could be an other plugin or a the theme causing an issue, I can’t tell for sure with what I can see.
If you have the possibility do disable plugins one by one, you may want to try doing that.
