 * On the email notification we get a lot of white space at the top and when viewed
   in outlook desktop app, the 1st line of HTML is visible.
 * I would also like to prompt for the page splitter feature to be reinstated.
 * And one more, if the license runs out, do the forms stop, not a major as it’s
   for internal services, just good to know the extend of disruption.
