Template Library Empty

When I try to add a template choosing from your templates, the library is empty and it just asks me if I want to add my own template.

I checked the memory limit and it’s more than 700 (even if your plugin says it’s 40), I clicked on sync in settings, but nothing happened.

I have Elementor working on other installations in the same hosting, but in one site there is this issue.

The log says
