   here have inserted in one of your videos a HTML template for the mail 
   notifications.Is there somehow to copy? Have not found it yet.

   for reference only. It’s not available anywhere to copy from.

 * This is really a pity. Since it looks exactly like the confirmation that you 
   see on the homepage. Maybe it would be an improvement on your part to offer this
   as well.
