 * I’m modifying the install.php (coping in from upgrade.php) file to load default
   pages that get created with a new blog is registered.
 * Im trying to find out how i can specify the page template that the new page will
   be assigned.
 * is there anything like page_template =>? Ive searched the codex but dont seem
   to find anything, or i have the wrong syntax idea.
 * current page code by default is:

 * hey, it doesn’t copy menus, any idea how to do that?
 * Related but different, Do you maybe know someway to make the menus updated across
   all sites?

 * The paid for plugin, Replicator, does that (copy menus).
 * As for updating them on all sites, not easily, no.
