why doesn’t the coupon apply, any other works, but this one doesn’t, it gives an error
for example, I wrote a coupon TEST, it works
but the KOALA coupon doesn’t work Template coupon code not can not be aplied to any card

Hi,

Your “template coupon code” in the settings should be set to a template coupon that will not need to be applied at all. See here: https://couponaffiliates.com/docs/template-coupon-code/

If you try to add the coupon code that is set as the “template coupon” in the settings, you will get the error: Admin notice: The ‘template coupon code’ can not be applied to any cart.
