 * Hey, I just created a PhotoShop mockup of a site. I would like to turn it into
   a wordpress theme. But I am having a lot of trouble starting out.

 * If you would like to code it for me (I will mention you in the about page and
   in the footer linking to your website), or help me code it, or guide me. The 
   Codex isn’t really helping me.
 * If you have a very detailed guide or something to that effect…. I would be very
   appreciative.
