# Template Button Customization/Linking

 * Anyone have any idea how to–update/link to/access/add to–the About and Link “
   buttons” at the top of this template: [http://www.alternativemarketingstrategies.com/](http://www.alternativemarketingstrategies.com/)?
   I’m not finding anything on the Dashboard that seems to pertain to these. (The
   Links section on the Dashboard refers to the links in the right hand column (
   i.e. the Blogroll) only, correct?) I suppose I’ll find something in the templates
   but there must be a better way to edit these than manually opening the template
   file each time? Thanks for any help. Tracy.

 * You have to go into your `header.php` and change those links to match them, manually.
   The alternative is to use the template tag for listing pages at [http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_pages](http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Tags/wp_list_pages)
 * And I don’t know about “every time” but yes, every time you change themes if 
   that theme doesn’t use the wp_list_pages() template tag, you will have to make
   the change manually.
