 * I could not add content to media its gives an error of missing temp folder, is
   there any solution.

 * Try [changing the permissions](http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions)
   of the `/wp-content/uploads/` directory to 777. If that doesn’t work, move up
   one step and change the permissions on just the `/wp-content/` directory to 777.
