    When I change my WordPress Options to use the post names as PermaLinks the creation of PDF files from my pages doesn’t work anymore. This is the error message I get:

    PHP Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(..) is not within the allowed path(s): (C:/Inetpub/vhosts/engineeringsolutions.de\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\engineeringsolutions.de\gs-cms.com\wp-content\plugins\pdf-print\mpdf\mpdf.php on line 7508

    Printing from pages works fine and if I change the wordpress link structure back to standard it also works!

    Hope you can help.

    Hi pschimmel,

    Unfortunately, it was impossible for us to reproduce the problem locally. Chances are, the problem is caused by your hosting’s settings.

    Hello Support Team,

    I guess you might be right. I realized that I have more issues with the rights of the temp directories which are propably caused by my hosting provider.

    However I was able to resolve the issue by changing the php settings in the admin front end (Plesk) of my hosting provider.

    Setting before:
    open_basedir: {WEBSPACEROOT}{/}{:}{TMP}{/}
    Setting after changing it (working)
    open_basedir: standard
