Telephone input field format

    Hello
    I would like my telephone field be divided into 2 fields:
    1 field for the area code (up to 3 digits)
    1 field for the actual number (7 digits)

    IS there a way to create it in this format (as a tel input) and when the data is sent by email it will be sent as one value?
