 * Why dont wordpress have a direct email address to log technical error? I have
   a problem with one of my pages. I made changes and updated it but no changes 
   when visiting the website . why?
 * Then I deleted the page made a new page added it to the menu however when visiting
   the website it still shows the old page , whats wrong?

   cache ? maybe it’s a old vision of your website ? What happen if you change something
   in an other page ? wordpress is maybe updating something for the moment ans all

 * WordPress is free software – created and supported by volunteers. There is no
   dedicated support team for you to contact via email.

 * That sounds like a caching issue rather than a WordPress one. Are you running
   any caching plugins? Do your hosts operate a web cache?
