Technical Difficulty (need second recovery link)

Hi All,
WordPress had kindly sent me out a recovery link automatically when the site experienced technical difficulties due to Woocommerce plugin.
The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.
I was able to edit then and removed the plugin and reinstalled it updated. However, the same thing happened and now I cannot edit anything on the CMS. That includes accessing my backup of the site via UpdraftPlus.
The whole site is relying on Woocommerce but I’ll happily remove that and use an alternative if needs be, which it seems to. Does anyone know of a way to request a second recovery link from WordPress, please?
At the end of the initial email it stated:
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires.I guess it didn’t actually expire as I used it but would be great to get another one so I can at least download my backup and think about using Shopify or something else.
