• I have been using rank math pro for a couple of years. The experience started out as ok but it is degarding quickly. First of all lasy year when I renewed my pro plan I got enrolled in content Ai for a 14 day free trial. The next thing I know im charged for a full year’s subscription to content ai. The credits you get monthly for the price are barely enough to do a couple of pages. If you run out of credits and do not turn it off in the settings it sits on the page your editing and you can’t bypass it easily. So I now keep it off. Nice to pay for something and get no value out of it.

    to add INSULT to INJURY. I have a technical issue with the plugin so I log into my account to open a support ticket. BUT WAIT I click on the link to open one and a popup comes up that is an ai agent and not a good one. Its asks me to describe my issue. Naively thinking ok this is a new first step i describe the problem in detail it coughs up a bunch of knowledge base articles that I have already read. I respond with that information and it says I will send a message to technical support. Verifies my email and says wait until we get in touch with you. I wait 48 hours nothing from tech support. I go back get the same ai and it coughs up an email address to directly get in touch with tech support. I compose a detailed email and send it off. Still nothing.

    im am regretting this purchase. This is how you LOSE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS!

    Get it together please. Or refund me my full purchase price and I will find another solution.

    Regarding Content AI, the trial is optional and converting to a yearly plan should only happen if the subscription wasn’t canceled before the trial period ended. That said, we’d be happy to review the charge and help clarify what happened.
